What services do you offer?
1
I offer several therapy options designed to support women healing from trauma, chronic stress, overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation in a way that feels personalized and sustainable.
1:1 Therapy Sessions
Individual therapy sessions provide ongoing support as we work together to process trauma, reduce overwhelm, and help your nervous system move out of survival mode. My approach integrates somatic therapy and trauma-informed care to help you feel more connected, grounded, and emotionally safe in your daily life.
Many clients come to therapy feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to think their way out of alone. Together, we gently explore both the emotional and physical impact of your experiences while building greater regulation, safety, and self-understanding.
Therapy Intensives
Intensives offer a more focused and immersive healing experience than traditional weekly therapy. These extended sessions are designed for clients who want deeper support around a specific issue, feel stuck in their healing process, or want to make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time.
Intensives can be especially helpful for trauma processing, major life transitions, or times when weekly sessions simply don’t feel like enough support.
NICU Freedom Protocol
The NICU Freedom Protocol is a specialized offering created for mothers navigating the emotional and nervous system impact of traumatic NICU experiences.
Many NICU mothers leave the hospital physically home but emotionally still stuck in survival mode: carrying fear, guilt, grief, hypervigilance, or a sense that their body never fully exhaled after the crisis ended.
This protocol is designed to help mothers process the trauma of the NICU experience, reconnect with themselves and their bodies, and begin moving from survival toward healing with compassionate, trauma-informed support.

What makes you different?
3
My approach combines trauma-informed care, somatic therapy, and compassionate support for women navigating overwhelm, trauma, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation.
Rather than focusing only on thoughts or behaviors, I help clients understand how their experiences are living in both the mind and body. Together, we work toward helping your nervous system experience greater safety, regulation, and connection.
I also recognize the important role faith can play in healing for many women. For clients who desire it, I offer a space where faith and therapy can work together rather than feeling separate from one another.
My goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you feel more connected to yourself, your body, and your ability to move through life with greater peace and steadiness.

What If I’ve Tried Therapy Before?
Somatic therapy may be a good fit if you feel like your body is carrying stress, trauma, or overwhelm that talking alone hasn’t fully resolved.
You might notice things like:
constant tension or difficulty relaxing
feeling emotionally overwhelmed or shut down
anxiety that shows up physically in your body
trouble feeling safe, present, or grounded
exhaustion from always being “on”
difficulty resting even when life looks okay on the outside
Many people come to somatic therapy after realizing they can explain their experiences logically, but their nervous system still feels stuck in survival mode.
In our work together, we gently pay attention to how your experiences are showing up not just in your thoughts, but in your body as well. Somatic therapy can help you build a greater sense of safety, connection, and regulation so you don’t have to keep living in constant tension or overwhelm.
You do not need to know anything about somatic work before starting therapy. We move at a pace that feels safe and collaborative for you.
I am currently an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement depending on your out-of-network benefits.
Many clients choose private pay because it allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and individualized care without the limitations insurance companies can place on treatment.
If you have questions about rates or reimbursement, I’m happy to help you better understand your options.
I offer virtual therapy sessions for clients located in Montana.
Online therapy allows you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space while still engaging in meaningful, connected, and effective therapy work.
Many clients are surprised by how grounded and impactful somatic therapy can feel even in a virtual setting.
Many clients I work with have been in therapy before and still felt like something was missing.
Sometimes people understand their experiences intellectually, but their nervous system still feels stuck in survival mode. You may know why you feel the way you do and still find yourself overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, emotionally reactive, or unable to fully relax.
Somatic therapy helps us gently work with the body’s responses to stress and trauma , not just the thoughts surrounding them.
If previous therapy felt like you were only talking about your experiences without truly feeling different day-to-day, this approach may offer something new.
